1. About Our Texting Program
Ironmark Capital Advisory ("Ironmark CRE") uses SMS text messaging for one-to-one, conversational communication with clients and prospects about their commercial real estate inquiries — property questions, tour and appointment confirmations, callback coordination, and transaction updates. We do not send marketing blasts or automated promotional campaigns; every message comes from a licensed agent regarding your specific matter.
2. How You Opt In
a. Website inquiry form
The contact form on www.ironmarkcre.com includes an optional, unchecked consent checkbox that reads:
"I agree to receive conversational text messages from Ironmark Capital Advisory about my inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service."
Leaving the box unchecked does not affect your inquiry in any way.
b. Verbal consent during a call or meeting
If you speak with an Ironmark agent by phone or in person and texting would be useful, the agent asks for your consent using our standard disclosure:
"Would you like to receive text messages from me about your inquiry? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Texting is optional and not required to work with us."
The date, time, and source of your consent are recorded in our CRM alongside your contact record.
3. Program Details

- Message frequency: varies with your interactions — conversational replies only, typically a few messages per month at most.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, email hello@ironmarkcre.com, or call (561) 621-5450.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.
4. Privacy
